UPGRADE ALERT:
SteelCentral AppResponse 11 is the upgrade path for AppResponse 9.x. VMon.
AppResponse versions 9.6.3 contains an optional archive feature to preserve historical data in a separate virtual machine for use with AppResponse 11. To utilize this function, first download and deploy Archive VM 9.6.3 before upgrading to AppResponse 11.2.0.
You need to first upgrade AppResponse appliance to the 9.6.2 release and then proceed to upgrade to the 9.6.3 release. When you are ready to upgrade, please review Knowledge Base Article S30848 and Upgrading to AppResponse Release 11.2.0: Compatibility, Feature, and Upgrade Process Overview.
